1. Provider and acceptance
Livi Studio is provided by Livi Studio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Contact Contact details are supplied by the operator of this deployment. with questions.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be at least 16 or the minimum age required in your country. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may restrict accounts used for abuse, fraud, infringement, or attacks on the service.
3. Credits and payment
Credits are a limited, personal right to use eligible generation features. They are not money, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and do not guarantee a particular result. Prices and included credits are shown before checkout. Payments, taxes, receipts, and applicable invoices are handled through Stripe. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. AI-generated output
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, visually inconsistent, or unsuitable for real-world construction and purchasing decisions. Dimensions, structural details, lighting, product identity, availability, and prices must be independently verified. Livi Studio is a creative visualization tool, not architectural, engineering, safety, or professional design advice.
5. Your content
You retain rights you hold in uploaded content. You grant the provider a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, copy, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You confirm that you have permission to upload and process the content and that it does not violate privacy, intellectual-property, or other laws.
6. Public inspirations
Publishing is optional and makes selected content visible to others. For published content, you grant the provider a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within Livi Studio until it is unpublished or your account is deleted. Do not publish personal data, faces without permission, confidential spaces, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person's rights. We may remove or limit content following reports or legal requests.
7. Prohibited use
You may not bypass quotas or security controls, scrape the service, distribute malware, impersonate others, generate unlawful or abusive content, infringe rights, or use output to mislead people about material facts. Automated use requires written permission unless an API explicitly permits it.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features, models, retailer results, and credit costs may change. We will not retroactively reduce purchased credit balances except for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or correction of an error.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees about AI accuracy, product availability, or fitness for a specific project, and indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Mandatory consumer protections take priority over this clause.
10. Termination and law
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, urgent security risks, or legal requirements. The governing law and venue are those applicable to the provider, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
